What's the difference between the Explorer Debit Card and the Navigator Jet Card?
The Explorer works like a flying account: you deposit funds, then book trip by trip with full control over the exact aircraft, with market-based pricing on every flight. The Navigator locks in guaranteed hourly rates by cabin category, so your cost per hour is fixed no matter when you fly. Explorer is for fliers who want control; Navigator is for fliers who want certainty.
What are the benefits of a jet card vs. on-demand charter or fractional ownership?
Fixed or pre-funded pricing, guaranteed availability, flexibility, and no ownership commitments — without the capital outlay or long-term contracts of fractional ownership.
What are the membership levels?
Both cards offer Bronze, Gold, Black, and Diamond levels based on your deposit. Higher levels include added benefits, and Navigator members receive lower guaranteed hourly rates and longer rate locks as they move up.

Do I get access to luxury services, catering, or ground transportation?
Yes. You can request VIP services, catering, and chauffeured ground transportation with any booking. Black and Diamond members receive catering and ground transportation credits included with membership; other requests are billed after the flight to the card on file.
Is there a concierge service for special requests?
Yes. Our team handles special requests, from custom itineraries to in-flight experiences. Diamond members receive a dedicated 24/7 personal global concierge team.
Pricing & Fees
How much does membership cost?
The Explorer Debit Card starts at $50,000 on deposit and the Navigator Jet Card at $150,000. There are no yearly membership fees on either card. Contact us for current Navigator hourly rates.
Are there any hidden fees or surcharges?
No hidden fees. Rates exclude 7.5% Federal Excise Tax (FET), possible fuel surcharges, possible special event fees, and de-icing — all outlined clearly before you book.
Can I use my card for international flights?
Yes, both cards cover domestic and international flights*, subject to clearance and regulations. (*International service area includes Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.)

How far in advance do I need to book a flight?
Call-out times are as low as 24 hours on both cards.
Do I have access 365 days a year?
Yes, both cards provide access year-round.
How do the cards work — hours or dollars?
Both cards are deposit-based, not hourly blocks. You pay as you fly. Navigator members fly at locked-in hourly rates; Explorer members receive trip-by-trip pricing with full aircraft choice.
Can I upgrade or downgrade aircraft as needed?
Yes. Navigator members move between cabin categories at their guaranteed rates. Explorer members choose their exact aircraft on every trip.

What types of aircraft can I access with my jet card?
You have access to a range of Turbo Props, light, midsize, super-midsize, and heavy jets, depending on your trip requirements.
Are the aircraft owned, operated, or chartered?
We provide access to a vetted network of top-tier operators licensed direct air carriers or direct foreign air carriers, ensuring the highest safety and service standards.
What safety standards do the operators follow?
All aircraft and crews meet or exceed ARG/US, Wyvern or ISBAO safety ratings, the industry’s highest standards.
Who are the pilots, and what are their qualifications?
All pilots are highly experienced, FAA-certified, and exceed minimum flight hour requirements.
Can I request specific aircraft or amenities?
Yes! You can request specific aircraft models, catering, Wi-Fi, or other onboard preferences. We can’t always accommodate your request but we will do our best to do so.
Refunds & Cancellations
Is my deposit refundable if I don’t use all my funds?
Yes. Both cards are fully refundable, up to 100%, at every membership level.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies are outlined in the jet card contract.
Can I pause or transfer my membership?
Yes, you can pause or transfer your membership at any time, provided the recipient is listed as an approved signer at the time of contract.
What are the policies for last-minute flight cancellations?
Last-minute cancellations may incur fees, but we work with you to minimize costs and rebook as needed. Cancellation terms are outlined in the jet card contract.
