Mr. Simon is a Co-Founder and Partner at Principal Aviation, boasting more than 16 years of experience in private and commercial aviation charter. He consistently garners recognition as one of the industry’s top charter brokers. Mr. Simon’s key responsibilities encompass sales, broker recruitment, and expanding partnerships and alliances with our approved operating partners. Beyond his primary sales duties, Mr. Simon leads the charge in instilling a robust safety culture at Principal Aviation, actively participating in implementing industry-leading safety standards, now adopted as industry benchmarks. His extensive clientele comprises leaders in finance, real estate, NGOs, government, and entertainment.
Before his current role, Mr. Simon held a senior position at a large private aviation company for over a decade, where he consistently ranked within the top 5% of all brokers and opened and led their Palm Beach office. Mr. Simon is a proud alumnus of Northeastern University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship.

Mr. Moss is a Co-Founder and Partner at Principal Aviation and brings over 15 years of private aviation experience to the company. Mr. Moss is one of the leading Private Jet Brokers in the industry. He manages an exclusive list of clients from various sectors, including music, sports, finance, and private family offices. Mr. Moss leads Principal Aviation’s sales team across the United States over multiple offices and implements all sales strategies, new business development practices, and new talent recruitment.
Before co-founding Principal Aviation, Mr. Moss was a Senior and top-producing Charter Broker at an industry-leading private aviation company where he led their Philadelphia office. Before his long career in Private Aviation, Mr. Moss worked in sales and marketing for CBS Broadcasting, Inc. Mr. Moss is a proud graduate of the University of Vermont.

Mr. Rasnavad is a Co-Founder and Partner at Principal Aviation and brings over 20 years of diverse aviation expertise across both private and commercial/cargo aviation. He has previously owned and held executive-level positions at part 121 all-cargo carriers and part 135 air carriers and served as a board member for a Miami-based international all-cargo air carrier. At Principal Aviation, Mr. Rasnavad focuses on strategic initiatives, business development, and finance functions. Mr. Rasnavad has a lifelong passion for aviation and a family legacy in the industry spanning over 50 years across passenger and cargo airline operations and aircraft and engine leasing.
