How much does a jet card cost?
Rates vary based on your deposit amount and aircraft choice. With the Navigator Black Card, you receive $25,000 in free flying, maximizing value for your investment.
Are there any hidden fees or surcharges?
No hidden fees. Our pricing is transparent and all-inclusive, covering aircraft, crew, and operational costs. Taxes and peak-day surcharges, if applicable, are clearly outlined upfront.
Are fuel, taxes, and other charges included in the price?
Yes, your rate includes base pricing and fuel. Government taxes and international fees (if applicable) are outlined during booking.
Are there a minimum or maximum deposit required?
Our program is designed to be flexible. You can start with a Navigator Gold Card deposit and enjoy no expiration on funds.
What happens if I don’t use all my hours or balance?
Your balance never expires and remains available whenever you need it.

How far in advance do I need to book a flight?
Flights can be booked with as little as 24 hours’ notice in most cases, thanks to our guaranteed access.
Do blackout dates or peak-day surcharges apply?
There are no blackout dates. Peak-day surcharges may apply during high-demand travel periods, but you will always have access to a jet.
Do I have access to flights 365 days a year?
Yes, the Navigator Jet Card provides access year-round—whenever and wherever you need to fly.
Can I book last-minute flights?
Yes! With as little as 24 hours’ notice, you can secure a flight. You can enjoy guaranteed access by providing at least 72 hours’ notice during non-peak times and 96 hours’ notice during peak periods. Urgent requests may also be accommodated.
What happens if an aircraft isn’t available when I need one?
Our extensive network maximizes aircraft availability. In rare cases of high demand, we proactively secure the best alternative. Providing at least 96 hours’ notice during peak periods further ensures access.
Flexibility & Usage
How many hours do I get with the card?
The Navigator Jet Card works on a deposit-based model, not hourly. You pay as you fly, with locked-in pricing per hour.
Can I use my jet card for international flights?
Yes! The Navigator Jet Card allows access to both domestic and international flights*, subject to clearance and regulations. (*international service area includes, Canada, Mexico, and Caribbean)
Can I upgrade or downgrade aircraft as needed?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade aircraft at predetermined rates on a per-trip basis, offering total flexibility.
Can I share my jet card with family, friends, or business partners?
Yes, your jet card is fully transferable, meaning family, colleagues, or assistants can book on your behalf. We do require the approved signers at time of contract execution.
Does my balance expire, or is it valid indefinitely?
Your funds never expire—use them at your convenience.

What types of aircraft can I access with my jet card?
You have access to a range of Turbo Props, light, midsize, super-midsize, and heavy jets, depending on your trip requirements.
Are the aircraft owned, operated, or chartered?
We provide access to a vetted network of top-tier operators licensed direct air carriers or direct foreign air carriers, ensuring the highest safety and service standards.
What safety standards do the operators follow?
All aircraft and crews meet or exceed ARG/US, Wyvern or ISBAO safety ratings, the industry’s highest standards.
Who are the pilots, and what are their qualifications?
All pilots are highly experienced, FAA-certified, and exceed minimum flight hour requirements.
Can I request specific aircraft or amenities?
Yes! You can request specific aircraft models, catering, Wi-Fi, or other onboard preferences. We can’t always accommodate your request but we will do our best to do so.
Refunds & Cancellations
Is my deposit refundable if I don’t use all my funds?
Yes, your deposit is refundable up to 80% for a Gold Card or 90% for the Black Card, ensuring total financial flexibility. The additional money you received on the jet card part of this promotion, is not included in the refundable dollar amount.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies are outlined in the jet card contract.
Can I pause or transfer my membership?
Yes, you can pause or transfer your membership at any time, provided the recipient is listed as an approved signer at the time of contract
What are the policies for last-minute flight cancellations?
Last-minute cancellations may incur fees, but we work with you to minimize costs and rebook as needed. Cancellation terms are outlined in the jet card contract.
